Angie Hammer

Born and raised in New Mexico, Angie grew up running on trails and hiking in the beautiful mountains. She came to Arizona for school to become a Naturopathic Doctor but balances her school life by teaching groups fitness classes.

In her class you will find big beats and intense music to motivate you throughout class. Her goal is to bring a group of people together who by the end of the class are connected and inspired by each other.

Carli Dugan

Carli brought her love of wellness and fitness with her to Arizona from her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. She feels lucky that each class is a new chance to connect with others, inspiring everyone to “be the best you”.

She loves to live a healthy lifestyle, but do not doubt her love for chocolate and dessert. When away from Cycle Ave, Carli is buried in the books studying diligently to become a Naturopathic Doctor. When not studying you will likely find her outside enjoying the sun poolside or hiking in the great outdoors.

Dalia Barrios

Dalia began her career in fitness in Santa Monica, CA in 2008. There’s nothing that moves Dalia more than the energy of working hard in a kick butt class.

To her, the opportunity to inspire others to take on a new challenges is something she certainly does not take for granted. When not on the fitness floor, Dalia enjoys a good happy hour with friends, dancing in her kitchen, and cuddling her pup.

Jeremy Heath

I’m a runner and have used cycling as cross training for years. I absolutely love our local fitness community, meeting new people, and doing my best to help them reach their goals. I love to make my classes challenging, but achievable. And I like to change it up so you never get the same workout twice.

Tunes are always a mix so there’s something for everyone. And most importantly, I like to keep the energy high with a “Temperature Check!!”. I’m almost always training for some sort of race or new challenge. But on the off chance I’m not out running, you’ll find me curled up with my two pups at home binging on Netflix shows and peanut butter.

Kristin Braley

Kristin came to Cycle Ave with a passion for fitness and overall well being, believing that even the hardest things can be overcome with a little bit of sweat therapy! Her love of loud music combined with positive vibes make her classes that much more fun.

You won’t leave her class feeling like you didn’t get a workout! When she is not on the bike, she is spending time with her daughter, family, and friends most likely with red wine in hand!

Lindsey Snyder

I’m a small town Nebraska girl who feels right at home with the few cornfields I can find here in Gilbert, AZ. I have been all over the place since leaving my awesome home state – graduating from UofA, and from graduate school in Chicago, with a semester somewhere in there living in Spain! I have fun at work surprising people as a bilingual Spanish speaker.

I have embraced this desert lifestyle by enjoying all of the recreation our beautiful outdoors offer! With my rescue pup, always! This is an exciting year for my dog, because his humans are getting married! I absolutely LOVE teaching spin! The lights – the music – the riders – the SWEAT – the endorphins – and the memories! I leave every class as an instructor or rider on a total high and I can’t get enough! Can’t wait to see you all on the bikes!

Maddy Novicky

Born and raised in Arizona! I’ve been married to my husband, Colton, for two years and we have two beautiful puppy babies. I love food, especially cheeseburgers and donuts. You can catch me at In-n-Out every Friday. I teach spin because I want to inspire people to be their best selves no matter where they are at in their fitness journey. I was never the person that worked out or was ever remotely interested in fitness, but I have always loved music.

I remember 10 minutes into my very first spin class I was like, “What the heck am I doing to myself?!?!?” but the beat of the music and the energy of instructor kept me going and I actually felt pretty good after! I love Cycle Ave. because the community is one of a kind. The workout is amazing, but the riders and the staff really make it such a fun experience.

Stephanie Kreun

Obsessed with the color pink and super quick on her feet, Stephanie is one fit chick. The energy she shares with those she comes in contact with is contagious. You just can’t help but smile after having a conversation with her.

She absolutely loves riding on a bike and being around others who love to ride too! When not in a fitness studio inspiring others, she works as a holistic wellness practitioner. In her downtime she loves eating cheeseburgers with her husband and spending time with her three amazing boys that call her Mom. What’s Stephanie’s favorite word? Achieve.

Whitney Sweet

Mother to a beautiful 6 year old girl, a leader, a strong independent woman and I am passionate about life! Showing my daughter through my actions that life is what you make it, is my mission. Empowering others to reach their goals and venture out of their comfort zone is what it’s all about. Next to Spin, Soccer is my second love! There is nothing I crave more than being on the field and being part of a team that moves together.

When I’m not in the studio you can catch me running 2 adult coed soccer teams. Tunes in my class range from house to hip hop. Music is in my soul and teaching spin is the best outlet! Seeing how a group of people are motivated by the same music, at the same time there really is nothing like it. The energy that comes from the music and how that fuels each of us to feed off of each other in the studio is the best feeling.
